作用原理

需进行分样的样品由进样漏斗进入,通过进样仪的插槽而进入到旋转管式分样仪内。通过上部圆锥内以恒定转速(50转/分钟)转动的转动管,所有进样料流能够均一地分布于底锥的分样圆周上。可更换的底锥带有1个、2个或者3个分样缝,对其可进行不受级数限制的缝宽设置。旋转管每转动一圈就有相应分样比例的样品进入到样品接收容器中。剩余样品被收集到底部的弃置样品接收容器中。
